TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2023 By Swabra Yusuf Watts, of P.O. Box 42184-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s great granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of May Florence Watts alias May Watts, who died at Kiasuni, Kongowea, on 18th October, 1967. CAUSE NO. E48 oF 2024 By Jane Mueni Ngui, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mutua Nguli, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
