Ali & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Wanjiru Mutitu, late of Ngaita, who died there’on 10th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2024 By (1) Lucy Wambui Kamau and (2) Daniel Kamau Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 20400-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and son, respectively, through Messrs. Othieno & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kariuki Kamau, late of Nairobi, who died at Withaka, on 17th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Obege Awor, (2) Julius Othieno Okelo and (3) John Enos Okelo, all of P.O. Box, 28, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for,a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Athieno Okelo, late of Uhembe, Siaya, who died at Dr. Sokwala, on 4th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
