CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2024 By (1) Suzanne Mutile Joseph and (2) John Kioko Musyimi, both of P.O. Box 12230-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kitheka & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Musyimi Kioko, late of Mikuyu, Machakos, who died at Mikuyu Sub-location, on 3rd July, 2023.
