TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2024 By Isaac Nyamari Nyabera, of P.O. Box 1865, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, through Messrs. Moindi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokeira Machoka Alice, who died on 12th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Kariuki Gakere, (2) George Gakere Kariuki, (3) Peter Njoroge Kariuki and (4) Elizabeth Wangechi Kariuki, the deceased’s widower, sons and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Sichangi Nyongesa, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Theresia Wanjiru Kariuki, who died at South B, on 19th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
