Mudeshi Muhanda & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wanzala, who died at Budalangi Sub-location, on 8th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2024 By Lusy Wangari Njuguna, of P.O. Box 56092-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, through Messrs. Maiyo Linet & Associates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangi Mbuthia, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
