TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 20th September, 2024 CAUSE No. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Willson Mwaro Shikari and (2) Onesmass Shida Shikari, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Shikari Kayaa, who died on 2nd July, 1982. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) Richard Munga Mwambura, (2) Nazi Mwambura Kivutha and (3) John Faru Mbaga, the deceased’s son, granddaughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwekwe Mwaganda Chikando, who died on 18th December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
