TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2024 By (1) Masuma Meghji and (2) Aasif Yusuf Karim, both of P.O. Box 57386-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Nargis Yusuf Karim alias Nargis Yusuf Ahmed Karim, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. a R.N.KEFA, Deputy Registrar, Mombasa.
