E166 OF 2024 By Shem Obuya Abuogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of Setters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Abuogo Midigo alias Alred Abwogo, who died at Kadero Sub-location, on 13th December, 2015. CAUSE No. E182 OF 2024 By Kennedy Ochieng Okatch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elly Okatch Mathayo alias Okatch Biggy, who died at Muhaka Sub-location, on 18th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2024 By Alfred Obura Oging’, of P.O. Box 30740100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oging’ Obura, who died on 2nd April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
