TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this coprt In: tt CAUSE No. E174 OF 2024 By Bonphas Otieno Ooro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ooro Nyakina alias Michael Ooro Nyakina, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 4th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2024 By (1) Samson Otieno Akello and (2) Samuel Omondi Akelo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Akello Obong’o, who died on 24th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2024 By Masline Akinyi Adongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezron Otieno Otok alias Hezron Otieno Otok, who died on 9th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
