E174 oF 2024 By Mary Ayieta Mukolwe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Matukho, who died at Mundobelwa in 1997. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2024 By Fredrick Peter Imbuyi Wesonga, the deceased’s widower, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Merina Owendi alias Owendi Merina, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya in 2021. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2024 By (1) Evans Owuor Odhiambo and (2) Raphael Mudanyi Ondango, both of P.O. Box 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esbon Ondago, who at Doho, on Ist January, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
