TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2024 By Job Maina Kaniaru, of P.O. Box 88, Kangema in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Maina Kaniaru alias Maina Kaniaru, who died at Kiriaini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 1998. CAUSE NO. E144 oF 2024 By (1) John Kabia Mwangi and (2) James Wathanga Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 30816-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi John, who died at Kora Sub-location, on 15th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
