TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By (1) Syokau Mumo, (2) Monica Katungwa and (3) Boniface Mutunga Mumo, all of P.O. Box 85, Shimba Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumo Nguli Mukungua, who died on 10th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
