TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th September, 2024 CAUSE No. E30 OF 2024 By (1) Monica Oloo Dimba, (2) Samwel G. O. Ochieng and (3) Joel Otieno Oloo, the deceased’s spouse and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oloo Dimba, who died on 9th August, 2020. CAUSE No. E31 OF 2024 By (1) John Otieno Okwach and (2) Pamela Atieno Ochieng, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Okwach Awoko, who died on 16th November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By Agnes Kavene Kilonzo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Otieno Okal alias Okal George Otieno, who died on 8th February, 2004. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2024 By (1) Wilis Otieno Omolo and (2) Susan Akinyi Nyanjong, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Nyanjong Odundo, who died on {0th January, 2015.
