TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2024 By Jerryvoster Onyango Asembo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barack Olambo Owuor, who died at Nyangoma, on 11th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2024 By Benta Oriwo Adhiambo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnic Athiambo Opondo alias Domnick Athiambo Opundo, who died at East Migwena Sub-location, on 4th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2024 By Pilista Osare Omolo, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nyakwaka Ochieng, who died at Nyangoma Sub-location, on 21st October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
