TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E31 OF 2023 By Kenneth Noi Oduogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odwogo Owi alias Oduogo Owit, who died on 2nd March, 1994. CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2024 By Thadeaes Otieno Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agola Tala, who died on 5th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
