TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E24 OF 2024 By (1) Kilanga Chelagat and (2) Daniel Chelagat, both of P.O. Box 478-30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Kiprotich Chelagat, who died at Utawala, on 30th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By (1) Julius Chepkoiwo Chesaro and (2) Joshua Kipchumba Chesaro, both of P.O. Box 244—30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesaro Chemwetich, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
