TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E44 OF 2024 By Cosmas Wamalwa Namasaka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Namasaka Mutimbia, who died at Milima Sub-location, on Sth May, 1972. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By John Wakoli Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simiyu Wepukhulu Charles alias Charles Wepukhulu Simiyu, who died at Milima, on 22nd April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
