TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By John Muhia Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1907-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francisca Wangui Wanjiku, who died at Njabini, Gatina, on 6th October, 2022. CAUSE No. E102 OF 2024 By (1) Simon Ngigi Njenga and (2) John Kariuki Njenga, both of P.O. Box 328, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of N jenga Njegu Kamau, who died at Kambata, on 8th December, 2019. CAUSE No. E103 OF 2024 By Daniel Maina Ndung’u, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndungu Karanja, who died at Koinange, on 13th December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
