TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Francis T. M. Gachugu, of P.O. Box 21686, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taracisio Gachugu Nijagi alias Gachugu Njagi, who died at Murang’a Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 1979. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) Patrick Kamengere Gikuma and (2) Peter Mwangi Gikuma, both of P.O. Box 78400520, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mwangi Gikuma, who died at Ruai, on 19th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
