TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2023 By (1) Jospeh Menza Kenga and (2) David Kambi Ndegwa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Menza Mwagaro, who died on 17th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By (1) Loader Gisela Helene Maria, (2) Marianne Gertrud Stephan Schwarz and Eva Maria Kollehn Schwarz, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Brigitte Marlene Demmler, who died on 19th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
