By (1) Serah Mumbua Mutunga and (2) Jusper Mbithi Mutunga, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Votoi Muisu, who died at Mangawani, on 1st February, 1992. Box 80400-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Olinda, who died at Kwale, on Sth July, 2002.
