TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2024 By Francis Atandi Keengwe, of P.O. Box 303, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kengwe Nyangau Borura, who died at Nyachichi, on 30th July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2024 By William Bob Mokaya, of P.O. Box 45, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokaya Matonda, who died at Motembe, on 10th October, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
