TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E232 OF 2024 By Minaz Kabirudeen Gillani, of P.O. Box 7-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Kabirudeen Esmail Shivji Gillani, who died at Kisii, on 20th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024 By Thomas Basweti, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyatuka Ondieki, who died on 9th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
