TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E129 oF 2024 By John Nyanducha Guto, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samel Guto, who died at Getembe Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 1992. CAUSE No. E218 OF 2024 By Japhati Ratemo Ondigi, of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondigi Sunda, who died at Bomariba, on 8th December, 1986. CAUSE No. E234 OF 2024 By Ombaba Kebetere Ongubo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ongubo Ombaba, who died at Nyosia Village, on 1st January, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
