TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2022 By Zachariah Kipsang Kenduiywo, of P.O. Box 913, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kiplangat Simotwo alias Kiplangat arap Simotwo, who died at Nakuru Nursing Home, on 13th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
