TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2024 By Peter Waweru Waweru, of P.O. Box 777-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Waweru Muthaka, who died at Langas, on 3rd August, 1993. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2024 By (1) Isaack Kipkemboi Morogo and (2) Simeon Morogo Sawe, both of P.O. Box 25, Kipkarren River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jepkemboi Taprandich Mutai, who died at Kimbilio Hospice, on 25th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
