Cheboson Bett & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Kipruto, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2022. Box 161~-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tamurei Kabilo Kipserem, who died at Iten, on 15th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E269 OF 2024 By (1) Judy Wanjiku Kimani, (2) Dennis Gitau Kimani and (3) Margaret Wambui Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kimani Kahawa, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February , 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
