Box 296, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Mogosi Mohono, who died at Thore Sub-location, on 10th J uly, 2013. CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Mwita Motatiro and (2) Mwita Sammy, both of P.O. Box 296, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gati Mogosi Mohono, who died at Thore Sub-location, on 16th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2024 By David Okoth Nyawade, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyawade Ogola, who died at Kamgundho, on 10th April, 1986. CAUSE No. E288 OF 2024 By Zacharia Oyugi Roche, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roche Atieno, who died on 17th July, 1971.
