TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 260 OF 2024 By (1) Maurine Atieno Ogutu and (2) Kennedy Oloo Ogutu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Ogutu Nyangombe, who died on 1st October, 2020.
