TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th September, 2024 CAUSE NO. E209 oF 2024 By (1) Chrispine Owino Otieno Madiwa, (2) Lydia Adhiambo Otieno, (3) Jacklyne Atieno Otieno and (4) Belinda Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Otieno Madiwa, who died at Komolo Sub- location, on 5th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2024 By Alfred Abiero Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Achieng Ochieng, who died at Barkowino, on 1st February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
