CAUSE No. E165 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Kalondu Kimulu and (2) Benson Mutungwa Kimulu, both of P.O. Box 3-90132, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wavinya Kimulu, who died on 12th April, 2007. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2024 By Agnes Syokau Musyoki, of P.O. Box 247-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Musyoki Ndunda alias Musyoki Ndunda, who died on 28th December, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
