TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Musau Kioko, (2) Alice Mbithe Mutuku, (3) Timothy Ndolo Kioko and (4) Mary Mumbua Kioko, all of P.O. Box 845-90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kioko Musau, who died at Kiima Kimwe, on 22nd December, 2022. The Court wil! proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
