TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2024 By Grace Nasambu Namaswa, through Messrs. Millimo P. M. & Associates, advocates of Bungoma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Namaswa Cheng’oli, who died at Lifecare Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2023. CAUSE NO, E278 OF 2024 By Calistus Nyongesa Walela, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walela Mukhamba Manjaro alias Walela Mukhamba, who died at Nambasana, on 12th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
