TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2024 By (1) Boniface Ngei Matuanga, (2) Anthony Kkyalo Matuanga, (3) Kavili Matuanga and (4) Musika Matuanga, all of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matuanga Kilonzo, who died at Kitui, on 18th October, 1996. CAUSE No. E5 oF 2024 By Tirus Mutia Kyalo, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Jane Nduku Mutunga, who died at Kitui County Referral - Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
