TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By Winnie Wambui Mukuha, of P.O. Box 30, Othaya in Kenya, through Messrs. Gathiga Mwangi & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Wanjiru Mukuha, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 28th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Winnie Wambui Mukuha, of P.O. Box 30, Othaya in Kenya, through Messrs. Gathiga Mwangi & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukuha Waganaa, who died at Kiaguthu Sub-location, on 9th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, M.N. MUNYENDO, District Registrar, Othaya.
