TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 28th June, 2024 CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2024 By (1) Evaline Koki Isac and (2) John Mutua Isac, both of P.O. Box 96-90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isac Mutua Wambua, who died at Kinondo K. Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2024 By Mary Kalondu Muema, of P.O. Box 39, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Kioko Mutua, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
