TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E99 oF 2024 By Isdor Onyango Odira, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odira Osumba, who died on 26th February, 2003. CAUSE No E101 OF 2024 By Joseph Osongoh Mang’uro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manguro Oyumbo, who died on 11th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2024 By Pamela Aluoch Odira, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Odira Okeyo alias Odira Okeyo, who died on Sth January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
