TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E80 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Ochieng Aloo, (2) James Kennedy Aloo and (3) Martin Okelo Aloo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Aloo Okulo alias Paulus Aloo Okulo, who died at East Kisumu, on 8th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
