E33 OF 2024 By (1) Christine Aluoch Opuba and (2) Vincent Opuba Onyango, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Denis Opuba, who died on 28th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Teresa Atieno Seke, of P.O. Box 90, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Seke alias Raphael Seke Okoko, who died on 6th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By Rose Akinyi Akiri, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Alcent Ogweno, who died on 2nd October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
