TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E229 oF 2024 By (1) Bernard Odera Ndula and (2) Nelson Onyango Ndula, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Ndula Nyajenda alias Jackson Ndula Nyajenda, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2015.
