TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E74 OF 2024 By Khamisi Bakari Omari, of P.O. Box 466, Mtwapa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athumani bin Ali alias Athumani Omari Ali, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 1947. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2024 By Mohamed Shaaba Mohamed, of P.O. Box 466, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchild, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed bin Khalfan, who died at Takaungu, on Ist February, 1971. 28th June, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
