TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Charles Korir Saisi, of P.O. Box 1-30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Saisi Chesron, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 12th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) Richard Krop Kapelo and (2) Esther Chepindany Aperatum, both of P.O. Box 1-30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Porit Loliwale, who died at Kanyarkwat, on 25th February, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
