TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By (1) William Odhiambo Owino, (2) Dinah Onoka Ouko and (3) Albert Otieno Anyong’a, the deceased's son, daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Owino Nyasiyo alias Owino Nyasio, who died at Kogony Sub-location, on 3rd August, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
