TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By Zablon Matunya Otwele, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changilwa Wafunya alias Changilwa Mafunya, who died at Gisambai, on 10th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2024 By Roselyne Arividza Lumbasho, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Lugalia Kibatse, who died at Gimarakwa Sub-location in 2015. CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2024 By Osheah Esarano, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Famini Keya Ngusale alias Famin Keya, who died at Mwembe Sub-location, on 6th January, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
