CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Mwachiro Harold Yawa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yawa Mwachiro Yawa, who died on 8th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By (1) Jackson Charo Jenje and (2) Harrison Katana Jenje, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Furaha Jenje, who died on 17th August, 2012, CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By Salim Charo Karisa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kitsao Ng’andu, who died on 20th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
