E15 OF 2023 By (1) Kahindi Kazungu Charo and (2) Benson Mwaduna Mwambire, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Mwambire Koi, who died on 5th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2023 By Chadi Thoya Katalangwe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Hare Ruwa, who died on 10th September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2023 By Beatrice Waithira Wanyaga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Muthami Muthoka, who died on 2nd August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2023 By Dama Muthawali Mogani, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mtawali Mogan, who died on 14th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Caxton Sulubu Mlanda, (2) Elvis Baya Mlanda and (3) Florence Dama Mlanda, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanze Mulanda Wanje, who died on 7th November, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
