TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E47 OF 2024 By Felix Msuko Ndoro, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndoro Beweru Dida, who died at Vyambani, on 6th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By Kadzo Katana Hato, of P.O. Box 1521-80109, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Hato Koi, who died at Mkomani, Mkwajuni, on 2nd January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
