E55 OF 2024 By Benedict Gikona Makori, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Makori Nyanunga alias Makori Nyanunga, who died at Bokoro, on 18th April, 2003. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By Florence Moraa Nyaanga, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongweti Ondieki, who died at Mwamosioma, on 16th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E89 oF 2024 By Stephen Machuka Nyang’ate, of P.O. Box 5440200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Nyang’ate Miyungo alias Nyang’ate Miyungo alias Nyangate Miyungo, who died at Chironge, Masabo Location, Kisii, on 13th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
