TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 142 OF 2023 By (1) Sarah Naliaka Karani, (2) Rebecca Naliaka Karani, (3) Elizabeth Nafula Karani and (4) Sarah Nasimiyu Karani, all of P.O. Box 1594-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Karani Toili, who died at Kapterit, on 7th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 163 OF 2023 By Debora Akinyi Wanyanga, of P.O. Box 844~30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathaniel Ochieng Wanyanga, who died at King Faisal Hospital in Rwanda, on 29th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, Dated the 18th January, 2024.
