TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2023 By Woie Iluki Mulanga, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngombali Iluki Mulang’a, who died at Kitui, on 8th June, 2005. CAUSE No. E377 OF 2023 By Thomas Kimwilu Kimanga, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimanga Langwa, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
